Certified Welding Inspector Level 2

Certified to CSA Standard W178.2 – Level 2 Welding Inspector, which qualifies the holder to perform intermediate-level inspection responsibilities on welded structures and pressure-retaining equipment in accordance with Canadian codes and standards (e.g., CSA W59, ASME, API, and others). Level 2 inspectors are authorized to: Interpret welding procedures and specifications Perform visual welding inspection independently Review and evaluate welding documentation and welder qualifications Identify welding defects and ensure compliance with applicable standards Supervise and provide guidance to Level 1 inspectors The certification is administered and accredited by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB Group) and requires demonstrated technical knowledge in welding processes, materials, inspection techniques, and relevant codes and standards.
